Organisation teammates in prokurit.ai are invited from Members, not from a Team → Members page. Superhosts also configure Host Groups and Host Permissions. Roles in the product are names such as buyer_superhost and buyer_user. The UI does not use Admin / Buyer / Viewer as the live role labels.
You will learn how to:
- Invite colleagues from Members
- Open Host Groups
- Open Host Permissions

Click Invite Member (or Send Invitation where that label is shown).
The invitation email includes a register link. New Host teammates join as buyer_user.
Step-by-Step Guide: Host Groups and Host Permissions
Step 1: Open Settings
From the avatar menu, click Settings.
Then open Host Groups or Host Permissions (permission-gated).
Step 2: Manage groups
On Host Groups, use Upload Hosts and New Group.
Table columns:
- Group Name
- Members
- Created
- Actions
Open a group to edit users (Host Groups: {name}).
Step 3: Manage permissions
Click Host Permissions.
The table shows User, Status (Superhost / Registered), and Edit / View.
The modal can set Host Groups scope, billing permissions, and event access.
Key Considerations & Best Practices
- ✅ Event suppliers are invited on the event Invite tab. That is a different flow from organisation Members.
- ✅ Account type on My Profile is Host vs Participant. Do not treat Admin / Buyer / Viewer as live product roles.
- ✅ Members is in the avatar menu, not the left-hand sidebar.
