When a Host publishes an event in prokurit.ai, invited Participants see it on My Events. You accept or decline there. Event invitation emails use Accept Invitation & View Details. That link opens the event (you will be asked to sign in first if needed).

Step-by-Step Guide: Accept from My Events
Step 1: Open My Events
Sign in with the same email the Host invited. New users complete Create your account with I am joining as locked to Participant.
Click Dashboard in the left-hand menu.
You should see My Events.
Step 2: Find the event
Stat cards:
- Total Invited
- Pending Response
- Accepted
- Declined
In Sourcing Events, status badges are Pending, Accepted, or Declined.
Step 3: Accept or decline
For Pending rows, click Accept or Decline.
- Accept posts immediately and takes you to the event (or shows Accepted!).
- Decline opens Decline this invitation? — click Yes, decline or Cancel. Toast: Declined. Declined rows have no further actions.
After Accepted, the action is View Event.
Step-by-Step Guide: Work on the event
Step 1: Open View Event
Click View Event.
Invitation status on the event is read-only: Accepted, Declined, or Pending. Accept/Decline buttons are on My Events, not on the event show page.

Key Considerations & Best Practices
- ✅ Participants use the same prokurit.ai sign-in. There is no separate vendor-portal URL.
- ✅ There is no workspace switcher for multiple buyers. Dual-role users switch Host / Participant on My Profile.
- ✅ Empty list copy: No events yet / You have not been invited to any sourcing events yet.
