Participants answer questionnaires on the published event in prokurit.ai. You submit with Submit answers. After submit you may Edit answers until the deadline if the Host allowed edits. There is no Validate button.

Step-by-Step Guide: Submit answers
Step 1: Open the questionnaire tab
From My Events, click View Event (you must have Accepted).
A banner says: Please work through the tabs from left to right.
Click the questionnaire tab (the tab uses the name the Host gave, or Questionnaire).
You should see badges Submitted or Not Submitted. Download may appear. Progress: Progress on questions {answered}/{total}.
Step 2: Answer the questions
Work through sections labelled 1) {section name}.
File questions: Drop files here to upload, then Upload.
If there are several questionnaires, use Back and Next.
Step 3: Submit answers
Click Submit answers.
You should see Submit answers?
Click Submit (or Cancel).
Success: Answers submitted successfully and the Submitted badge.
Step-by-Step Guide: Edit answers after submit
Step 1: Open Edit answers
If the Host enabled edits until the deadline, a banner says: You submitted your answers. You can still edit them until the questionnaire deadline.
Click Edit answers.
Change fields, then click Submit answers again.
You should see Submit edited answers?
Click Submit answers (or Cancel).
If the event has ended: This event has ended. Use Messages to contact the Host. View-only users cannot submit answers.
Key Considerations & Best Practices
- ✅ There is no Validate button on this screen.
- ✅ Collaborators may show No collaborators yet. That does not block your own submission.
- ✅ Required questions must be completed before Submit answers succeeds.
