How to build a questionnaire

Enable Questionnaire, add sections, and set scoring options.

Questionnaires in prokurit.ai collect structured answers from Participants during an event. A Host enables them on Settings, then builds content on the questionnaire tab. Scoring and pre-qualification are Host settings on that event. There is no evaluator-assignment or consensus-scoring screen.

You will learn how to:

  • Turn on Questionnaire in Select Event Features
  • Create sections and questions, or start from a template or spreadsheet
  • Use scoring and pre-qualification options that exist on the event

πŸ“Œ This guide walks you through building a questionnaire in prokurit.ai.

Step-by-Step Guide: Build a questionnaire

Step 1: Enable Questionnaire on Settings

Click Settings.

Under Select Event Features, open Questionnaire.

Enter the questionnaire name. The hint text lists examples such as RFI, RFP, RFQ, PQQ, Supplier Self certification, Survey. These are names only, not event types.

Set Deadline. Optionally enable:

  • Pre-Qualification / Do you want it to be Pre-Qualification?
  • Do you want it to have scoring? with weighting Per Section, Per Question, or Both per Section & per Question
  • Allow edits until deadline?

Use Add to create extra questionnaires, or Delete to remove one.

Click Save & Go to Next Step so the named questionnaire tab appears.

Step 2: Open the questionnaire tab

Click the tab named after your questionnaire (not a generic β€œQuestionnaire” label unless that is the name you typed).

Click Create Questionnaire.

Choose a starting path:

  • New Questionnaire β€” open the section editor
  • Upload / Download β€” spreadsheet import/export
  • Questionnaire Template β†’ Use Template β†’ modal Use Questionnaire Template

Step 3: Add sections and questions

In the editor, use (Description) and Add new section.

Add questions under each section. If scoring is on, set weights as required by the Per Section / Per Question option you chose.

Click Save & Go to Next Step when the questionnaire is ready.

Step-by-Step Guide: Review answers after publish

Step 1: Open the questionnaire tab

On the published event, click the questionnaire tab (or Questionnaire responses).

Scoring uses Score / Scored. Pre-qual uses Passed / Failed.

πŸ“Œ There is no consensus-score view on this screen.

Key Considerations & Best Practices

  • βœ… Invite readiness requires at least one question when Questionnaire is enabled.
  • βœ… Participants submit with Submit answers. There is no Validate-then-Submit wizard.
  • βœ… Weighted scores are a Host configuration. They are not shown as a supplier-facing scorecard.
