Hosts and Participants reset passwords on the same pages in prokurit.ai. There is no separate vendor-portal reset.

Step-by-Step Guide: Reset your password
Step 1: Open Forgot password
On Sign in to your Prokurit account, click Forgot Password?.
You should see Forgot password.
Copy on the page: We will email you a link to set a new password.
Step 2: Send the reset link
Enter Email.
Click Send reset link.
Click Back to sign in if you do not want to continue.
Step 3: Set a new password
Open the link in the email (/reset-password/{token}).
You should see Set a new password.
Email is read-only.
Enter New password and Confirm password.
Click Update password.
You return to sign-in.
Key Considerations & Best Practices
- ✅ Change password on My Profile is not wired. Use Forgot Password? instead.
- ✅ The same Forgot password flow works for Hosts and Participants.
- ✅ Live sign-in and reset have no 2FA prompt.
