After you sign in to prokurit.ai, a Host lands on Dashboard. A Participant lands on My Events.

Step-by-Step Guide: Host Dashboard
Step 1: Open Dashboard
Click Dashboard in the left-hand menu.
You should see the page title Dashboard.
Stat cards:
- Live Events
- Closed Events
- Number of Users
Step 2: Use the widgets
The Host dashboard includes:
- Sourcing: Events — live / closed / supplier counts and a New Event link
- Messages — unread and total inbox counts
Click Dashboard Settings.
- Data Filters: My Records or All Records
- Currency: USD, EUR, or GBP
- Widgets: reorder or hide, then click Done
Step 3: Use the menus
Left-hand menu:
- Dashboard
- Events
- Suppliers
Avatar menu:
- My Profile
- Messages
- Sandbox (buyer, and you are not already in sandbox)
- Billing (if you have permission)
- Members (superhost)
- Settings → Host Groups, Host Permissions
- Dark Mode
- Logout
📌 Members is in the avatar menu, not the sidebar.
Step-by-Step Guide: Participant dashboard (My Events)
Step 1: Open My Events
Click Dashboard in the left-hand menu.
You should see My Events (breadcrumb Dashboard › My Events).
Participants only have Dashboard in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Read the stats and table
Stat cards:
- Total Invited
- Pending Response
- Accepted
- Declined
The table is Sourcing Events — Events you have been invited to participate in.
Columns: Event, Buyer, Type, Invited, Status, Actions.
Empty state: No events yet.
Key Considerations & Best Practices
- ✅ Host widgets are only Sourcing: Events and Messages.
- ✅ The header Upgrade control is not a billing action.
- ✅ Dual-role users switch Active Dashboard between Host and Participant on My Profile. That is not a multi-company switcher.
