When the event has ended, System shows: This event has ended. Clarification questions are closed. Use the Inbox tab to send a private message to the host.
Step 4: Review All and Favourites

Favourites: Hover a message and click β to add it to favourites. Empty: No favourites yet.
Step-by-Step Guide: Use Messages outside the event
Step 1: Open the global inbox

That opens the global inbox at /messages. It is separate from the event Messages tab.
Hosts compose from the event Messages tab with filters Participant, Host, System, All, Unread, Favourites, plus Compose Message and Download.
Key Considerations & Best Practices
- β Clarifications on System are visible to all suppliers. Do not put pricing strategy there.
- β After the event ends, use Inbox, not Clarification Board.
- β There is no separate clarifications board outside this System tab.
