For a bid, fill Your price per UOM, then Submit or Cancel.

Status becomes Bid Received or Lot Rejected.

Step-by-Step Guide: Submit an advanced-lot bid

Step 1: Open the lot card

Click Enter Bid (or Reject Lot).

Fill every cell. Missing cells show Please fill in every cell. There is no separate Validate button.

Step 2: Confirm Submit Bid

Click Submit.

You should see Submit Bid.

After submit, you cannot use Update Bid. That action is disabled.

Deadlines and ended events

If the deadline has passed: The RFQ deadline has passed, no more bids can be submitted here.

If the event has ended or you have view-only access, you cannot submit bids.

Key Considerations & Best Practices

  • ✅ Simple lots label the save button Submit, not Submit Bid. Submit Bid appears on the advanced-lot confirmation.
  • ✅ Rejecting a lot in qualification can block that line in the live auction.
  • ✅ Hosts end bidding with End RFQ on Event Management. You will not be able to bid after that.
